My previous and future paintings! All done for the Imaginarium Book Festival so I had an excuse to meet all the authors :)
About the Imaginarium Book Festival:
It is a book festival hosted in Washington DC in June and it is SO FUN. A festival that highlights diverse authors in the Paranormal, Fantasy, Sci-Fi, and Fantasy Romance genres— this is a festival I can always recommend!

Where it all began! I had a wild idea to paint the books from attending authors of The Imaginarium Book Festival in Washington DC and have them sign the painting at the festival! I managed this piece in just a few months and finished it DAYS before leaving. I was incredibly nervous to show it to the authors, but I had the best time and everyone loved it!

“The Witch’s Shelf”
The first year was so fun, so of course I had to do it again! I was determined to be more prepared this time, however, and so I started in October of 2023 for this painting! It took me approximately 130 hours to paint and included 72 books!
I’m happy to say that my skills improved and I gained more confidence in my abilities! I was no longer afraid to post about my progress and I had the most wonderful time meeting all of the authors!
I even managed to budget my time so that I could get the painting professionally scanned before I left. If you were an attending author or reader, please DM on Instagram or message me on my contact page and I’d be happy to send you a digital copy of this painting! I gave a digital copy to many people at the festival :)

“Books & Portals”
This painting is currently a work in progress!
I’m going to be honest here… I would LOVE to get this painting done and I will do everything in my power to do so. However, the writing and publication of my debut novel, The Cave of Swords, will come first. Fingers crossed that I can do both!
And if you are the Imaginarium Team… I may be submitting myself as an author in the future!! ;)
